Van Wyck Celebrates Its Outstanding Graduates
and Their Families
Brandon Sellers
    Brandon is the son of Al and Katrina Sellers. He spent his years at Indian Land High School as a star student - athlete, a mamber of the A-B Honor Role and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and also Captain of the football and track teams.  He is the holder of the school record in the high jump.     
     A member of White Oak AME Zion Church, Brandon has been active in Boy Scout Troop 310, the Children's and Youth Choirs and the Junior Usher Board.
     Brandon's post graduation plans include study at USCL, where he plans to major in sports management.

Emily Helms
     Emily is the daughter of Mike and Andrea Helms. Her career at Indian Land High School included four years in the band, three years in the All-County Band, five years in the Colorguard and also in the Winterguard, serving as Captain of each group. Emily also received the Biology II award and studied Spanish for three years.
     Emily is an active member of Van Wyck Presbyterian Church, where she sometimes assists the choir by playing the flute parts for pieces written for flute accompaniement.
     Emily plans to study nursing at USCL after graduation.    

Chloe Cook
     Chloe is the daughter of David and Krista Cook. She ended her high school career in the top 5% of her high school class and as a member of the National Honor Society and the Beta Club and as editor of the school newspaper. She was a member of the varsity cross country team for three years. Chloe also received second place in watercolor at the Lancaster County Council of the ArtsYouth Art Month and, participated as an intern at the LCCA and volunteered at the Arts and Sciences Camp in 2014.
     Chloe is a member of Van Wyck Presbyterian Church. Her post graduation plans include attending the College of Charleston, where she has received a full academic scholarship.
